Upon the successful transformation, Rhim was appointed to lead the entire Marketing Transformation Task Force for the Chairman and Viacom C-Suite on the overall adoption of new technology, processes, and measurement strategy. She deployed a cross-functional engagement around a central thesis of the parallels between elections and movie marketing, resulting in a new proprietary predictive analytics tool developed in house with use cases spanning creative, media, and audience optimization.
